- Study the planning horizon, project stages, product-based planning and using tolerances to manage constraints

- Learn quality planning, quality control and quality assurance as three distinct activities with different owners
- Answer 40 questions covering plans and quality, including missing-word items where the answer is a management product name

- Trace one project end to end through the process model, naming the management product produced at each transition
- Learn the difference between the project brief created in starting up a project and the PID assembled in initiating a project
